With over 20 years of experience in specialty finance, Zack serves as the architect of Fortune’s operational and legal infrastructure. He oversees the legal department directly, ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, compliance, and the client’s interests at the center.

Before founding Fortune in 2017, Zack served as Legal Director and In-House Counsel at several prominent specialty finance companies — giving him a rare dual perspective on both the legal and business dimensions of structured settlement purchasing.

A Florida native and proud Miami Hurricanes fan, Zack lives in Cooper City with his family. Outside the office, you’ll find him at a stadium.

Roland Estevez

Founder and President

Roland Estevez leads Fortune Settlement Solutions as Founder and CEO, overseeing the company’s research, marketing, and operations, while driving alignment between the research and sales teams. He works closely with his team to identify and develop high quality opportunities across the organization, including the implementation of AI-driven processes to improve efficiency.

Before founding Fortune in 2017, Roland served as Sales Director within the structured settlement industry, where he built his expertise in valuation, deal structuring, and client relationships, shaping the disciplined and solutions-focused approach he brings to the business today.

A Miami, Florida native, Roland lives in South Florida with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling and is a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes.

Joshua Rivera

Founder and Partner

Joshua Rivera has spent 18 years in the structured settlement industry, with a focus on pricing strategy and crafting client solutions that genuinely fit individual needs. As Founder and Partner at Fortune, Joshua works directly with the team to ensure every offer reflects real value for the client, not just the transaction.

Before Fortune, Joshua served as Director of Sales for eight years at a structured settlement acquisition company, where he developed the client-first philosophy he brings to every deal today.
